Volaris Group Acquires NOVENTIcare

November 20, 2023 – Toronto, ON. Volaris Group (Volaris) today announced the acquisition of NOVENTIcare, a Berlin-based provider of software solutions that streamline and digitalize operations for healthcare workers. NOVENTIcare was previously a subsidiary of the NOVENTI Group, a leading provider of software, financial services and digital platforms in the healthcare market.
