Our History in Latin America

Volaris Group marked its entry into Latin America in July 2018 with the acquisition of Prima Software, an education software company. Later in 2018, Empresa1, a transit software company, became Volaris’ second acquisition in Brazil.

2019 Acquisitions in Latin America  

Year to date, Volaris Group has acquired 3 companies in Latin America:

Fisa Group is a provider of integrated technology solutions for the financial services industry. Commercial and retail clients across Latin America rely on Fisa Group’s software to help them manage their core banking operations. 

Cittati Tecnologia is a transit software company that develops information and communication technology to manage public transportation systems. Cittati was Volaris Group’s second acquisition in the Brazilian transit market after Empresa1.

Apdata is a Human Resources software company that provides a complete suite of solutions for human capital management.
